Idea Napkin No. 2

I am Ricardo Weller. One of my talents is that I am the person that doesn't give up and takes a lousy situation into an opportunity for a business idea.  I aspire to become a great business person. The avocados that we are also sending are total organic with the license plate with comprehensive care. The avocados come from Guatemala. The product will go to the people that need them the most and will pay more money than the country will sell, because of the abundance that it has. The perfect example of a customer is the Netherlands because in the Netherlands they can't grow their avocado. That can be my business proposal.

    Hey Ricardo,

    While the post does not entirely encompass the guidelines of the assignment it does provide us a with a better report of your service. Further I went ahead and read over your initial idea napkin and found that the service you are providing is quite beneficial but I am still unsure of how the providers, so you, are going to see huge profit margins in the long run. The idea does have a solid base but I believe if you provided more data of what countries are more likely to import avocados then we can see a possibility of the idea flourishing. Maybe consider how the idea can be implemented on a local level?

    Hey Ricardo,
    I think your idea is great, I have mentioned before that the idea of brining certain foods global is hard for companies to do due to the small profit margins at first and labor intensive skills involved. I remember in the past you did say your passion was in this industry and you had been doing it very well since a child. I feel like this is a great starting point and gives you the upper-hand advantage over others. I think that with more research about geographical tendencies in diet you can find the right market and attack.

    I think picking a business that deals with avocados is actually a really great idea. It is a competitive market but I have seen where it can be very lucrative if done correctly. With the right knowledge and business plan, I think you should move full throttle with your goal and make your goal become your career. Thank you for your great share. I would have loved to hear more details about it.

Halfway Reflection The behaviors that I have used and developed with have seen in this halfway course in entrepreneurial competency the most id the opportunity search and discovery — the innovation of finding an opportunity — also, the decision to exploit a break by taking a risky action uncertain environment.  A moment when I felt giving up was when I had a business opportunity, and I took it, and I had to do so much paperwork. What made me pulled through was the moment that the manager told me that if I go an continue doing the good I could get promoted, and that gave me relief and gave me more motivation. After passing two weeks, I got the promotion, and all that hard work in the office pull off. The tips that I would give to the next semester students would always find the opportunity and do risks to become someone.
