For exisitng markets example will be the google parent company and the pharma company of Galx to joint ventrure to agree with them to ownership buy 40 percent with a 7 year capital of 540 million euros.  For my coustomer that I decided to make an, I ask them about the marktet that was identified and thre believe of the next risk taking. The first one told me to createe a new enganing move to move to create products. The other was more in the buisness of the adminstration of the comany more in the qualuty of mangament of the profit. The last one told me to make a deal with a more prominent company to create a venture with them and make a more significant profit by lossing some of the capital that I own.

    Right off the back I can tell that you definitely did did your research before doing this assignment. I am a fan of that. It helped give start you off with a very strong statement what was eye grabbing. I would have lobed to hear a little more about your interviews with the selected individuals. I think you were able to find the necessary candidates to move on forward.

Halfway Reflection The behaviors that I have used and developed with have seen in this halfway course in entrepreneurial competency the most id the opportunity search and discovery — the innovation of finding an opportunity — also, the decision to exploit a break by taking a risky action uncertain environment.  A moment when I felt giving up was when I had a business opportunity, and I took it, and I had to do so much paperwork. What made me pulled through was the moment that the manager told me that if I go an continue doing the good I could get promoted, and that gave me relief and gave me more motivation. After passing two weeks, I got the promotion, and all that hard work in the office pull off. The tips that I would give to the next semester students would always find the opportunity and do risks to become someone.
