Your Exit Strategy
Your Exit Strategy
The exit strategy that I will take will be to intention to sell my business in the five years for a more significant return. Because it will give me a more substantial profit and I will have less risk of losing money. If I can sell it, I will probably try to stay with it for several decades and then retire. I choose this particular exit because there is a lot of competition, and the more prominent companies like Walmart will take over the business sooner or later. What will happen is that Walmart will buy my company sooner or later. I will get destroyed by the competition or lower prices that Walmart will have. The exit I think that will happen without affecting or influenced other decisions will be that they will be working by Walmart from now own.

Hey Ricardo.
ReplyDeleteI found your post to be very interesting. I did get the impression that you would like to be able to see your company and not have to worry about the competition that comes around in the future. That reason is a very understandable reason to want to exit as soon as possible. A lot of people enter business to make a quick buck, sell, and jump out. Good move for you.
I chose the same exit strategy seems a lot easier to simply sale the company to a larger corporation that has more resources and would prob over take you in the future anyway.
