My venture will be online retail consigner; this venture is a straightforward one that the only thing that you need is a camera, computer, and passion for fashion. Online retail consigner can do your own online business. The way start your online retail consigner is to gather all your old clothes and make professor pictures with them. Your venture will be to create your website or sell them in-store like eBay. Online retail will create unlimited opportunities for types of business ventures because Online retail can be not online for clothing but anything that you want to sell. For example, vintage furniture, garden equipment, and anything that you believe have a  value in the future.

    Ricardo,

    After reading your Venture Concept outline, I am left with many lingering questions. How will you gain enough capital to to compete with Amazon? Who do you consider your greatest competitor, Amazon or ThredUP? How can you capture a section of the market away from Ebay or shopgoodwill.com? This class was intended to foster an entrepreneurial mindset through experience based exercises, informative lectures, and interactions of like minded students. It's unfortunate that we haven't been able to share more feedback with one another. I wish you the best in the rest of your academic pursuits.

    Hey Ricardo,

    After reading this VC outline I'm trying to understand how you plan to have a sense of product differentiation when competing with larger retail giants and e commerce giants like amazon. This seems like a relatively good idea overall but you should look into truly differentiating your product/service. The overall idea of an online consignment shop is great and you should target more people who are already shopping at consignment stores.

Halfway Reflection The behaviors that I have used and developed with have seen in this halfway course in entrepreneurial competency the most id the opportunity search and discovery — the innovation of finding an opportunity — also, the decision to exploit a break by taking a risky action uncertain environment.  A moment when I felt giving up was when I had a business opportunity, and I took it, and I had to do so much paperwork.
